Several elite players have come through our Scholarship programme, and are now regular football or Futsal players, including Denilson Silva, Jack Tutton, Liam Talboys, Nickolas Harte, and Udoka Godwin Malife. In April 2018 a training initiative between the OCF u15s and Oxford United Academy u15s was launched successfully at the University of Oxford’s Futsal facility and discussions about expanding this next season are underway.
In addition to our Oxford City FC Junior Premier League teams playing Futsal from U9-U16, we have a dedicated youth Futsal development squad which concentrates on Futsal rather than football, has won the FA National Futsal Finals twice, and is in the final for a third time in May 2019 at St Georges Park. This team also plays league matches in the Thames Valley Futsal Conference, where they are currently top. This side has played in international tournaments since they were nine years old:

- Their first was FS Sant Cugat in Barcelona where they competed in December 2015. In 2016 they played a Catalonian Select side and won 7-3, losing narrowly to Valencia. In December 2017 they returned to Sant Cugat and won the tournament for their age group – the first non-Spanish team to have done this. They also took part in December 2018 and were runners up in the age group above them.
- In February 2017 they made the trip to Andorra, coming runners up in the Blaugrana International Cup. They returned again in 2018 to win the tournament against strong global opposition.
- In July 2019 they are booked to go to Asturias for a prestigious international competition. This will mark the third time they have competed here, as they also competed in 2017 and 2018.

We also have an exchange programme with:
- Club Fubol Sala Pinatar in Murcia, having visited them in October 2016 with a return visit to Oxford in June 2017.
- Ciberpenya Blaugrana in Andorra (summer 2017), a club we know since we played in Andorra in the UEFA Futsal Cup, as representatives of the FA in 2017.
